What happens
Marshal Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles, after being stung by hornets and robbed of their guns, track the outlaws Pecos Jack and Mule. They capture the pair, but the sheriff at Big River lets them escape and is shot. Hickok and Jingles follow the trail to a cattle drive on the Chisholm Trail, where they suspect Pecos Jack has joined the herd. Guy Madison plays Wild Bill and Andy Devine plays Jingles, in a radio series sponsored by Kellogg's. The episode aired on April 30, 1952.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
