What happens

Red Horse Ranch follows the cowhands and the owner, Dan Carter, on a working ranch. The men have been talking about Steve Bradford, a stranger who has recently bought the neighboring Bardy Ranch. After a hard day, the hands sing and joke together in the bunkhouse, and they tease Alabama about his attempt to win over a wild horse. Later, Dan Carter tells Alabama that Steve Bradford has made him a cash offer for the Red Horse outfit, and he is uncertain whether to sell. The men continue to speculate about Bradford's intentions and what he wants with so much land.

The Red Horse Ranch, its corral, the chuckhouse, and the bunkhouse, with the neighboring Bardy Ranch nearby.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
