What happens

Steve Bradford's men rustle part of the Red Horse herd, and rain keeps the remaining cattle from being driven to town, so the ranch hands are left waiting in the bunkhouse. Tex and the boys pass the time with songs and music while Alabama Hallett grows distracted, repeatedly watching his horse in the corral. Mr. Carter, who owes money in Danville and has been pressed to sell the Red Horse to Bradford, is urged by Alabama to delay the sale for a few more days. Alabama will not yet explain his suspicions, asking only for trust for Carter and for Rose. The episode ends with the sale still pending and Bradford's larger purpose for buying the valley's ranches unexplained.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
