What happens

On a moonlit night at the Red Horse Ranch, the cowhands gather in the bunkhouse and sing. Cookie and Arizona talk about the women they have known, recalling Louise, Gertie and Mamie. Alabama, lonesome for a girl, is teased by the others and sent off toward the porch. Later, the men discuss the ranch's hard times, and Idaho leads a cheerful song about better days ahead. The broadcast is part of the Red Horse Ranch series.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
