What happens
Alabam, a ranch hand on the Red Horse Ranch, rides off after a stranger came to talk with him at a barn dance, and the other hands wonder what he is up to. Tenderfoot has fallen for Rose Carter, daughter of Dad Carter, who owns the ranch, and the boys pass the time with songs and horseplay, including a mishap with a gun that leaves Arizona shaken. Alabam returns with the stranger, Mr. Richard Niles, and reveals that Niles represents an oil company wanting to drill on the ranch once Dad Carter signs a lease. The episode ends with the crew eager to hear how Alabam reached his conclusion.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
