What happens

Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles investigate a message scratched in the sand of Black Canyon, which leads them up a trail past boiling hot springs. Their pursuit takes them to a valley where ancient cliff dwellings stand carved into the rock. Here they discover a prisoner, Slim Dalton, held by an outlaw gang who want his silver mine. The Wild Bill Hickok series aired on 1952-12-26, starring Guy Madison as Hickok and Andy Devine as Jingles. Bill and his companions are trapped in the cliff rooms, and the episode ends with the three of them planning how to get out.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
