What happens
Marshal Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles ride into Crossbone Valley, a lawless region where no lawman has been welcome, to bring in the outlaw Trigger Blaine. Shortly after arriving, the two men come under fire from ambush, first from ahead and then from behind, and find themselves trapped among the rocks. A wounded gunman they confront warns that Blaine knows they are coming and controls the town of Bulletville. Hickok and Jingles press on toward the town, where they expect a trap. The Wild Bill Hickok series is a radio western, and this episode aired on November 3, 1954, with Guy Madison as Hickok and Andy Devine as Jingles.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
