What happens

Wild Bill Hickok, a United States Marshal, and his deputy Jingles keep order in the railhead town of Buffalo Bend. When cattlemen arrive from a drive, Hickok insists they check their guns at the hotel, angering saloon owner Jubilee Janks. Ben Tompkins, an agent for the railroad, then arrives to buy land west of town, but local landowners refuse to sell, and Janks grows more hostile. Tension builds as the marshal and his deputy are drawn into a dangerous scheme over the land.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
