What happens
Marshal Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles clash with Rance Pryor and a group of Texas cowhands who arrive in Kansas trail town. After Bill disarms the men and orders them to check their guns, Pryor's boss, cattleman Todd Brennan, rents the whole Cattleman's Hotel, and Pryor tries to throw the lawmen's gear into the street. Bill then rides out to answer a telegram from rancher Milo Jenkins, leaving Jingles on watch. Wild Bill Hickok is a Kellogg's Corn Pops-sponsored radio serial starring Guy Madison as Bill and Andy Devine as Jingles, and this episode aired on August 12, 1951.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
