What happens

Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles investigate the derailment of a train on Broken Wheel Grade, where a shipment of silver bullion has vanished. The engineer, Pop Dolan, insists the boiler held enough water, while the fireman, Klinker, says the gauge read empty. Bill suspects that someone is trying to cover up the loss. Bill sets a trap for the suspects on a special train carrying a rumored shipment. This is the Wild Bill Hickok series, first aired April 8, 1953, starring Guy Madison and Andy Devine.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
