What happens
Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles borrow Lem Trivet's buckboard to collect Jingles' Aunt Susie from the train, but Jingles has painted it in bright colors that Lem dislikes. In town, Bill tries to resolve a dispute between Lem and Squire Pennyworth over water holes on neighboring ranches. Bill and Jingles meet Susie at the station, and the squire tells them he has shot Lem during a quarrel over the water holes. The squire's men attack them as they hold the disputed survey maps, and Aunt Susie takes a hand in the struggle. Later, a runaway buckboard careens down a canyon trail after gunfire from ambush.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
