Effective October 22, 2026.
Using Stupid Potato
You may listen, watch, read and play for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please do not misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload the servers, scrape the site in bulk, get around Plus, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may block access that harms the service or other listeners.
Our content
Many of the radio shows, cartoons and stories are in the public domain; we restore, edit, and present them. Our own work (the channels, hosts, artwork, games, cartoons, writing, software and the Stupid Potato name and logo) belongs to Monster Enterprises LLC. Linking to our pages and sharing them is welcome. Copying or republishing our own work needs our permission. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, write to podcasts@stupidpotato.com with the details and we will look into it promptly.
Games
Our games run in your browser and are free to play. They are provided for fun, as they are, and may change, reset or be taken down.
Stupid Potato Plus
Plus is a subscription (currently $5 a month, shown before you pay) billed through Stripe. It renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Plus page or Stripe's billing page; cancelling stops future charges, and Plus stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. We may change the price with notice before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies. A free trial needs a valid email address, and one trial per email.
If you sign up for our emails, we will send you what you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Our social accounts
We post our own videos to our own accounts on TikTok, YouTube and other platforms. Those platforms have their own terms; your use of them is between you and them. Our TikTok posting uses TikTok's official API on our own account only.
Other sites
We link to other websites, such as podcast directories and video platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Streams can drop, pages can break, and content can change or go away. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Monster Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date; using the service after that means you accept it. For Plus members, a change that matters will be emailed before it applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Monster Enterprises LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of where you live.
