What happens
The Red Horse outfit tracks a map toward a hidden cache of loot left by the outlaw Trigger Dawson. Alabama and his party ride down into the canyon of Roaring River while the rest of the boys wait at the top of the cliff. As the time drags on, the waiting men pass it with songs and banter, and Cookie and Arizona worry about their friends. Bob and Dewey find a cave entrance behind the falls, and Alabama spots Steve Bradford leading a rival group toward the same spot, carrying a second half of the map. Both groups head for the cavern, and the story stops with them still racing to get inside.
