What happens
Alabam returns to the Red Horse Ranch after stripping a Danville saloon, and Dad Carter becomes more convinced that Steve Bradford's story about him being drunk the night of the rustling is true. Alabam and the boys have ridden out to find the rustlers and recover the Red Horse herd, but they have not come back when Carter and his daughter Rose remain at the ranch house. Rose waits anxiously, while Steve Bradford visits to renew his offer to take over the ranch. Cookie sings to the cattle as Carter prepares to go to town to settle the deal. Rose asks for more time, and the episode ends with Alabam and the boys riding back with the original Red Horse herd.
