What happens

Red Horse Ranch: Exciting Times at the Ranch, episode 29, follows the ranch crew after Alabam is knocked out in a fight with Steve Bradford and his henchman. While Alabam lies unconscious in the back of the Danville saloon, rustlers drive off the Red Horse herd during the night. Mr. Carter gathers the boys in the bunkhouse, where they are anxious to ride after the rustlers and find Alabam. Tenderfoot admits he left town ahead of Alabam, who said he wanted to speak with a man. Alabam's horse returns to the ranch wet and winded, and Bob sets out with the others to search. Steve Bradford arrives with his own account of Alabam's whereabouts, and Mr. Carter abruptly orders the men to stay on the range.

The Red Horse Ranch and the bunkhouse, and the town of Danville, including its saloon.

Characters: Mr. Carter, Alabam, Steve Bradford, Tenderfoot, Bob, Idaho

Listen for: Steve Bradford's account of Alabam's whereabouts, and Mr. Carter's order to the men to stay on the range.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
