What happens
Red Horse Ranch is a western radio drama. Alabama and Idaho, two cowhands at the Red Horse Ranch, compete in a horse race to decide who will drive into town to bring Rose Carter, the owner's daughter, home from school in the east. Alabama rides his horse Ben, while Idaho rides a red horse of his own. Before the race, Alabama is shown trying to gentle the wild roan, and the two men trade rough words about Rose. Other hands, including Bob, Tex and Cookie, gather around, and Dan Carter prepares to start the race and announce a dance at the house when Rose returns.
