What happens

Private detective Philip Marlowe stops at a fruit stand run by Alex Leznovich to buy limes for a Moscow mule on a scorching Los Angeles summer day. He overhears a heated argument between Alex and his son Dominic about the young man's recent behavior. While making purchases around the neighborhood, Marlowe learns that Dominic has changed dramatically since leaving school in the spring, neglecting his responsibilities and spending time with a truck driver at Soli's bar.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
