What happens

George Valentine is called to help a boy named Floyd Bronson who's in trouble after a truck carrying valuable furs crashed and burned on a mountain grade near Bakersfield. Floyd was picked up by highway patrol near the wreck, but he won't explain what he was doing there. When a wallet belonging to the truck driver Tommy Tucker is found miles down the road, suspicion falls on the boy.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
