What happens
George Valentine is hired by Thomas Jefferson Moore, president of a Western Tobacco Fund, to travel to Havana and bid on a tobacco lot at an auction. The catch: a rival tobacco broker named Ran Hubbard also wants the same lot, and his men have threatened George's life if he interferes. George and his secretary Miss Brooks arrive in Havana, where they encounter mysterious figures and receive a warning about a man named Miguel who may not be trustworthy.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
