What happens
Johnny Dollar, a freelance insurance investigator for the Greater Southwest Insurance Company, is called to Kingman, Arizona, when a rancher's cattle are dying from poisoned water. Johnny and his old friend Buster Fader ride out to the Circle RC ranch, where Rafe Chisholm, a dangerous man, has just rushed off after a suspected poisoner, Jerry McCoy. The story is part of the Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar radio series, first broadcast on CBS Radio on February 7, 1960, with Bob Bailey in the title role. The sandstorm that follows forces Johnny and Buster to shelter in a cave, where they find the wounded Wayne Chisholm.
Kingman, Arizona, and the surrounding desert ranch country, including the Circle RC ranch, Black Canyon and Shadow Mountain

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
