What happens

Johnny Dollar investigates a murder case involving a wealthy couple. When a key witness, Shorty Wells, is found trapped in a house fire and hospitalized, Johnny discovers a conspiracy involving city officials. As Johnny races to protect Shorty from those who want him silenced, a shocking truth about corruption in the police department emerges.
