What happens
Johnny Dollar investigates a policy on the Dortmund Brewery, a small old-fashioned beer plant in Pennsylvania, after its owner J.P. Dortmund fears that a nearby construction project will blast rock down onto her plant. Dollar travels to the brewery and speaks with the owner, then with the construction company's partner James Carlson and the blasting expert Sidney Crutchfield, who plans a major detonation at two o'clock the next morning. Dollar finds the brewery shut down and its office in disarray, and begins to piece together what is happening. This is a 1957 episode of the CBS radio series Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar, starring Bob Bailey.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
