What happens
Johnny Dollar is pulled away from a planned Sunday with his girlfriend Betty Lewis by a flurry of urgent calls from insurance clients, including George Reed, Pat McCracken, Earl Forman, Harry Branson and Alvin P. Cartwright. Unable to reach any of them after he tries to call back, he flies to Los Angeles, where Smoky Sullivan meets him and leads him to Cartwright's Beverly Hills home. There Johnny finds several men lying on the library floor, apparently struck down. The episode is from the radio series Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar, first broadcast on CBS Radio on September 25, 1960, starring Bob Bailey.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
