What happens

Matt Dillon and Chester finish paperwork at the marshal's office and head to the Texas Trail saloon for a drink. A tall, gray-eyed stranger and his talkative female companion arrive on the evening stage from Oklahoma territory, and the man waits tensely at the bar. When riders approach the saloon from outside, the stranger reveals he's expecting trouble and forces everyone behind the bar, arming himself and the woman for a gunfight that's about to erupt through the doors.
