What happens

Matt Dillon investigates the sudden sale of the Cyclone Ranch to a stranger named Jed Wade. When old rancher Bartlett's workers come to town celebrating their payoff after the sale, Chester discovers no deed has been filed with the land office, and no one has seen Bartlett since the transaction. Dillon rides out to confront Wade and demand to see the bill of sale.
