What happens

Matt Dillon and Doc help save an injured dog they believe belongs to a man named Spiny Murphy. Chester becomes attached to the animal and names it Pal. However, when Matt and Chester take the dog back to Spiny's home, they discover that Spiny's wife is angry and abusive, and Spiny has mysteriously disappeared.
