What happens

A prospector named Ben Argo arrives in Dodge City carrying $15,000 in gold from the mining camps and asks Marshal Dillon to keep it safe overnight. Two rough men arrive asking questions about Argo, but deny knowing him. When Argo is attacked in the street by one of these men, Dillon begins to suspect that Argo himself may not be who he claims to be.
