What happens

Marshal Matt Dillon must leave Dodge City to pick up a prisoner, disappointing Kitty who had planned an outing with him. While Doc Adams and Kitty are out on the prairie, they discover a wounded man who has been shot and robbed, and they bring him to a nearby ranch to recover.
