What happens

A man named Jimmy McQueen comes to Marshal Matt Dillon reporting that he was robbed and his bay horse stolen by a stranger with a grey mustache and temple scar. Matt suspects the horse thief may be Dutch George, an old acquaintance from his past who now operates as a seemingly legitimate businessman in Dodge City.
