What happens

When a ship crashes on the reefs near Rocky Island lighthouse, losing valuable cargo and killing three crew members, the ship's captain claims they were north of the lighthouse but somehow ended up on the rocks to the south. Captain Ross mentions a mysterious "ghost light" that may have misled them. Boston Blackie investigates the lighthouse and discovers a dead body at the top of the tower.
