I thought I might bring the girls up to date on the prospects available concerning the city of the future. You think that'll intrigue them? Absolutely. It's the women who run the city, you know, and after all, they are in charge of the home.

And the city is made up of home, right? I guess that figures. What about the city of the future? Well, first of all, the city of the future isn't far off. Because the future, as you probably have divided, is very close these days.

Ah, moves in, and the sweats play, doesn't it? It does arrive quickly. So before long, we'll be living in all glass cities, Ken. Oh, the girls will love that. I think so. It'll be a city of apartment buildings.

Five stories tall, with garages on the top floor, And on top of that, the streets. Hey, the streets up in the air, up on the roof, huh? That's the caper, no more traffic on the ground in this city, which has been cooked up by a fancy London architecture outfit.

They've even built a model of this town. They call it Motopia. Motopia? You know, the mo, they get there from Motor. It's a motor, Utopia. Oh, sure, I get it. And in the Motopia, Ken, the automobile reign supreme.
