Wanted-A Gun

This is Ken Roberts inviting you to listen to another adventure of Casey, Climb photographers. Ace Cumberland, who covers the crime news of a great city. Our adventure for tonight is... A gun. A dingy little neighborhood set shot.

Only a few pit canaries are there. Half a dozen drowsy puppies. And the poker face fat man who was packed in the proprietor. Then the street door opens. Hello, thanks. Good evening, Mr. Merzette. You're, uh, all alone, hasn't he, huh?

What's that young bull terry of yours need tonight, eh? Well, I, uh, I just dropped into... Say hello. Uh, good, yeah? You look at how you... Has something on your mind, Mr. Merzette. Hacksen. I want a gun.

A gun? I've been told you can get me one. I sell pets supplies, not guns. not gone. Whoever told you. I got a phone call today for a man who said you you knew the right people who didn't give me his name but it was obviously somebody who knows the spot I'm in. As you must know you hear all the name of the guy. I

know Jeff Robbins gets out of the city jail tomorrow after serving 60 days for throwing a punch at his wife because he used I had nothing to do with her. Robin to get the job at school but you figure Robin will come out of jail pretty I saw it both of you.

He's threatened both of us. And I need a gun to protect myself. Oh, about her? Well, you should be with friends he doesn't know about. But I can't disappear like that. I've got to do it my job.
