It's Maxwell House Coffee Time starring George Burns and Gracie Allen. Maxwell House, America's favorite coffee brings you a new series of programs featuring the domestic adventures of that lovable Mr. and Mrs. George and Gracie, with your truly bill good win, the Les Paul Trio, and the music of Meredith Wilson and his orchestra.

As we look in at the Burns home today, George and Gracie are just sitting down to breakfast. Boy, nothing like a cup of coffee to start the day. Worms your stomach. Uh, what's so funny?

Oh, the coffee warm in your tummy. I was just singing first the pot warms the coffee and then the coffee warm. Never mind. How about some cream? I'm sorry darling, no cream. How about some butter for the toast?

Oh, no butter either. You see, we're new in this neighborhood and the milkman says that he can only take care of his old customers. But this has been going on for three weeks now. Sorry, George. I've done my best to strike up a friendship with a milkman.

I always ask how many of you are feeling what burners have been doing if Dolores has any new boyfriends. Is darlin'? No, it's cows. No milk, no butter, no cream. How about bacon? But you just looked at me and said, sorry lady, you ain't an old customer.

Well, my mens won't go out and have breakfast. We'll go out and have breakfast. By the way, uh, where are my clean shirts? Oh, the laundry man is taking care of his old customer too.

Oh, oh. Everywhere you have to be old. George, why don't you try... Forget it. What do I wear? Well, I washed out your sleeveless sweater myself. I don't own a sleeveless sweater. Yes, you do.
