Voice in the Night

What? What? Who ever can let me? If only it is us and I... What? What? What? Well, be quiet, Billy boy. Must be a wrong number, I shan't answer. Ah, there it's stuck. And you ain't couldn't be any.

Now go to sleep, Billy. There you go, watch it all. Go to sleep now. Oh, that won't be the success, dar. Yeah, it's just, you know, the... AHHH! So it's all right, Billy Boy, it's quite enough.

Oh, I suppose I'd better answer that. So whoever it could be, I don't know. Hello? Let you, Miss Nicholson? Yes, this is Miss Nicholson speaking. Who is that? This is a friend. Just to warn you to be on your guard.

Be on my guard. What do you mean? Who are you? I told you, it's a friend warning you. Someone's after your money, Miss Nicholson, so be on your guard. Who are you? What do you mean waking me up, this sir?

Be on your guard. They know about your money you got hidden away. They'll go to any lengths to get it. Even murder. Oh! Yes, Miss Nicholson. Murder. BBC presents A Case for Dr. Morel, another adventure by Ernest W.

But Cecil Parker is the famous Dr. Morel, and Sheila Sim is his secretary, Miss Freil. Boy in the night. Oh well as Dr. Morel would say the best way to find out is to go and see.

Good morning. Oh well, good morning. Is Dr. Morel in? Oh he's rather busy. He doesn't see anyone except by appointment. Oh, you see it's rather urgent. Oh, not another matter of life and death I hope.

Oh, how funny you should say this. As it happens it is. Oh, oh well, it is as dear as it is that. Would you like to come in? I'll see if I can speak to the doctor.
