What happens

Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles escort Judge Lynch, badly wounded, by stagecoach toward Quallare after the Rio Kid shot him. Passengers include Mr. and Mrs. Carter, who offer to help the judge, and the Carter couple's presence soon draws Hickok's suspicion. The Rio Kid, the outlaw the judge sentenced, has been hunting the stage and its passengers along the route. Hickok and Jingles face ambushes and a pursuit, and the group must reach a doctor before the judge's condition worsens.

The American West in the old days, a stagecoach route from Lynch City to Quallare across dangerous prairie country

Listen for: The Rio Kid's threat to Mr. Carter during the stop for repairs, and the moment Hickok confronts the Carters near the campfire

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
