What happens

Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles attend a birthday party at Walt Mason's ranch for Nugget, whose father died searching for the lost Hard Luck Mine. A newcomer named Leroy Clover is at the party, and when Nugget breaks open a present, a map is found inside it. Clover seizes the map and a gun, then escapes with it while Bill and Jingles pursue him. The story follows their chase toward the mine as Clover heads into the hills.

Listen for: Leroy Clover's sudden change at the birthday party when the map is found, and the chase that follows

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
