What happens
Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles arrive in Green Valley, where ranchers and homesteaders are locked in a bitter feud over open range and fenced farmland. Barns are burning, shots are fired, and a farm woman named Effie Davis holds them at gunpoint before recognizing them as lawmen. Wild Bill tries to persuade the cattlemen, led by Matt Barr, to call off their war, but Barr refuses and threatens the homesteaders. Wild Bill and Jingles are caught between the two sides as the violence escalates through the night. The series, Wild Bill Hickok, stars Guy Madison as Wild Bill and Andy Devine as Jingles, and this episode aired on September 25, 1953.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
