What happens

Wild Bill Hickok and his deputy Jingles help rancher Stormy Evans round up and brand his cattle after his hands have quit under pressure from Ben Willard, a rival who is trying to take over the open range. Their work is cut short when mysterious riders stampede the herd through a canyon, trapping the three men in a desperate race for safety. Later, the trio confronts Willard at his ranch, where a fistfight and heated exchange of words leave the tensions between the cattlemen still unresolved. Guy Madison plays Wild Bill and Andy Devine plays Jingles in this Wild Bill Hickok adventure, first broadcast on November 6, 1953.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
