What happens
Vic and Sade play a game of rummy in their living room while Vic fusses over the cards and Sade grows impatient with his slow play. Sade mentions that Vic has been unusually edgy, and the talk turns to Mr. Gumpox, the neighbor who is leaving town for a few days. Vic announces that he has been put in complete charge of Mr. Gumpox's horse, Howard, and he takes the job very seriously. Sade doubts his plans for exercising the animal and voices her concerns about horses in general. The conversation keeps circling back to the cards, the horse and the small domestic worries of the household.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
