What happens

Phil Harris and Alice Faye hear a home tape of their radio show, then Phil sends his friend Frankie to buy reserved seats for the Rose Parade in Pasadena. Frankie instead leases an empty lot for Curly, and the couple's plans for watching the parade go awry. The Phil Harris series aired on NBC on December 30, 1951, with Harris and Faye as its leads. Phil, Alice, Frankie and Curly search Pasadena for tickets, and Phil and Alice hunt for the lot, which turns out to be waterlogged. The story is comedic and built around songs and misadventures.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
