What happens
Miss Brooks, an English teacher at Madison High, and her landlady Mrs. Davis are trying to sell the small trailer they used over the summer. Mrs. Davis's newspaper ad has drawn little interest, and Miss Brooks is worried about the cost of repairs to the house. Principal Conklin and Mr. Boynton each want to borrow the trailer for a weekend fishing trip, and Miss Brooks must find a way to handle both requests. Walter Denton and Harriet Conklin add to the confusion as a prospective buyer is expected to visit that evening. The episode is from the Our Miss Brooks series, first broadcast on CBS Radio on September 18, 1955, starring Eve Arden, Gale Gordon, Jeff Chandler and Richard Crenna.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
