What happens
Our Miss Brooks, a high school English teacher at Madison High School, is made school safety supervisor by her principal, Osgood Conklin, who blames her for a series of accidents he has suffered. Her landlady, Mrs. Davis, hears her account over breakfast, and Walter Denton arrives to drive her to school in his car. The episode is an installment of the OTRR Our Miss Brooks singles, first broadcast on CBS Radio on October 16, 1949, starring Eve Arden. Miss Brooks and Walter try to make the school safe during a special safety week while Mr. Conklin prepares for a visit from the Board of Education inspector.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
