What happens

Nick Carter investigates a suspicious setup near a bank when his young assistant Penny reports seeing four men stationed in vacant stores flanking the building on payroll delivery day. A shootout erupts at the bank, leaving Nick wounded and a large sum of money stolen, but Penny provides a crucial clue about a sniper in a nearby building that may crack the case wide open.
