What happens

Nick Carter arrives at the Idle Hour amusement park to meet his friend George Haley, who has been following a man named Joe Lester that he recognizes from his days as a guard at Bayside Penitentiary. While riding the whirlwind roller coaster with his companion Patsy, Nick witnesses George fall to his death from the car ahead. Nick quickly determines the death was murder, not an accident, based on dried blood on the back of George's head from a blow struck before the fall.

The Idle Hour amusement park on a warm summer evening, primarily at the whirlwind roller coaster and the animal show concession.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
