What happens
Jane and her roommate Irma share an apartment building where they believe a ghost in a white sheet has been running the halls on Tuesday nights. Frightened, they hide under the bed and tell their landlady, Mrs. O'Reilly, about the sighting. Their friends Al, Maestro and Mr. Clyde offer their own help and advice, and the two women struggle to keep working while barely sleeping. My Friend Irma is a CBS Radio comedy from June 16, 1953, starring Marie Wilson as Irma and Cathy Lewis as Jane. This guide covers only the first part of the episode.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
