What happens

Insurance investigator Johnny Dollar is sent to investigate three fatal explosions at the Bascom Development Company, a secret rocket fuel research facility hidden along the California coast near Monterey. The deaths occurred while testing a revolutionary new solid rocket fuel formula developed by a young East German scientist. As Johnny arrives at the heavily guarded compound, another explosion suddenly rocks the buildings.
