What happens
Johnny Dollar, an insurance investigator, is searching for Tom Chase, a junior partner accused of embezzling $120,000 from a New York investment firm. Chase has been traveling under the name Tom James and is believed to be hiding on Barbados. Dollar has been knocked unconscious after a meeting with a woman calling herself Connie, who claimed to know Chase's whereabouts. Inspector Whitsett of the colonial police helps him. Dollar then questions Connie, who admits she was trying to get money for a trip home, and she describes a conversation Chase had with a fisherman. The fisherman reveals that he took a passenger to a deserted island, and Dollar must decide whether to go there. The episode is from Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar, first aired on CBS Radio on October 22, 1956, starring Bob Bailey.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
