What happens

Insurance investigator Johnny Dollar is sent to New York to investigate Carol Sharp, a wealthy 26-year-old playgirl who wants to change her life insurance beneficiaries. She plans to give $13,000 to a man named Tony Riccardo and a substantial portion to a spiritualist medium called Madame Morgana. Pat McCracken at the Universal Adjustment Bureau worries this is a con, especially since a similar situation once ended with a client's death.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
