What happens

Johnny Dollar meets with Hillary Franks, an insurance agent who has been helping Arlene Kennedy commit fraud against her brother James Lansing's life insurance policy. Franks reveals how he arranged for someone to take a physical examination in Lansing's name to secure a $50,000 policy, and how Arlene manipulated him into the scheme. Johnny convinces Franks to give a written statement to help prove the attempted fraud.

Tucson, Arizona, primarily at an old missionary church in the desert outside of town, and later back at the hotel.
