What happens
Johnny Dollar, an insurance investigator for Inter-Allied Life Insurance, looks into the death of investment man Everett Benton, who fell or was pushed from his office window. Benton's wife Claire is the beneficiary of a $100,000 policy, and both she and her friend Larry Sanders offer alibis that they provide for each other. When a second man, Arthur Mayfield, dies in a fall, Dollar begins to suspect a connection between the deaths. The story is part of the Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar radio series, first broadcast on CBS Radio on March 30, 1958, with Bob Bailey in the lead role. The episode's opening portion follows Dollar's questioning of the suspects and his search for a link between the two men.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
